Lacak is subscription software for businesses that sell over chat and buy ads that bring people to that chat: it receives those chats, records their source and sales, and reports sales to ad platforms.

The free trial begins only at sign-up and lasts 7 days for the Business created at that time. A trial behaves like the paid product. When a trial ends, including early because of inbox history, or a free first period from a friend invitation or voucher ends, service ends at once without an invoice or grace period if the Organization has never paid and has no saved payment method. Otherwise, when a trial ends, that Business is billed.

Connecting an inbox recorded in an earlier Lacak trial ends the Organization's trial, during setup or later. Reconnecting the same inbox within the same trial does not count. From that day, unless service ends, the Business using the trial is billed, and only the Business that connected that inbox is blocked until its invoice is paid; the Organization's other Businesses keep working. Chats in that inbox keep arriving if service has not ended, and the inbox stays connected.

Each Business has its own subscription and billing date, and its subscription is cancelled separately. Each billing period is billed in advance, with VAT added on top of the price. If an invoice stays unpaid, the Business's service ends after its last day of service.

When a Business's service ends, the Business is deactivated at once, and Lacak does not promise an export afterward. After the subscription ends, Business data is kept for 30 days, then deleted.
